You are awesome. As a school mum, you are a person, an individual and a woman, who is a powerhouse of strength, natural intelligence and knowledge, filled with insight, natural smarts, joy, fatigue and shortcuts.
Every school mom is a trailblazer as she gets out of the front door and to school on time.
Women across the planet are achieving amazing things every day – doing the school run with lunchboxes organised, breakfast eaten, teeth cleaned, remembering if it’s sports uniform day, squeezing themselves to get ready, and then organising afternoon pick-ups, with snacks, planning dinner, food shopping, cooking dinner while helping with homework, play, teeth cleaned, bed and bath, doing dishes, laundry and cleaning, sleeping sort of, and then waking up to do it all again.
Feel Good School Mom is here to bring on an exciting new way of being school mom where we recognise what amazing individuals we are, where any judgments and ‘compare and despair’ simply dissolve as we see ourselves as being valuable and important; all on the same side; all doing our best; all wanting the same thing – which is the best for our kids - with more sleep, more connection, and to know that we are not alone – there are over 40million of us living this everyday life every day.
As school moms we are both individuals and an amazing group of powerful individual women at the same time living individually together, and that we can share the ‘school mom strength’ across the world so that we can make this world what we want – for ourselves and our kids – in our everyday life.
